We also may access device Location Storage, to save and load data (like photos taken by Nishant Patel mobile apps using camera hardware built into the device). (d) Information from third parties (such as Facebook or Google+) in association to our service. - We may grant You to connect the Service to your social media account(s) such as through Facebook, Google+ or any other third party service to obtain information about You when You consent to allow your social networking site to make that information accessible to Nishant Patel (such as your user ID, name, e-mail address, and profile picture that are available in your public profile with such third party, and content such as media and comments. We also use other third-party data analytics service providers, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Audience Network, which assist us to analyze and refine our apps. Our apps may ask for permissions to use data from the camera sensor and microphone. This data is handled as personal and sensitive information. Our apps will not send camera/microphone data from your device unless you explicitly share a photo or video using the sharing functions of the app.
Some of our IOS mobile apps and games (together called “Products”) may require permissions like: Calendar , Reminder , Reminder , Photo , Bluetooth Sharing , Microphone , Camera , Location , Heath , HomeKit , Media Library , Motion, Speech Recognition, SiriKit, FLASHLIGHT, TV Provider(collectively called the “Permissions”). All Permissions are used to provide the best user experience. All personal and non-personal information collected by the use of above Permissions are used only by the Products itself and are not stored, used, disclosed outside of the Products.
Our applications display advertising managed by Google’s AdMob/AdSense advertising network. Therefore our applications use Google Advertising ID, Google’s anonymous identifier for advertising. You can reset your advertising ID at any time using the Google Settings app on your IOS device. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising using the same app.
You may disclose data relating yourself to other users, and any such data should be treated public information with no anticipation of privacy. Nishant Patel is not responsible for any Personal Information You choose to make public in the services. We may disclose your personal information according to your wish or regulations by law: a) Your prior permission b) By the applicable law within or outside your country of residence, legal process, litigation requests c) By requests from public and governmental authorities; d) To protect our legal rights and interests.
Many of our services let you share information with others. Our services provide you with various options for sharing (including to disable sharing) and removing your content. We do not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of Nishant Patel unless with your consent.
We work hard to secure Nishant Patel and our users from unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular: we encrypt our extrinsic service providers' connections using SSL, we review our information collection, storage, and processing practices to guard against unauthorized access to systems. The registers will be maintained in extrinsic service providers' servers with suitable safeguards, such as password protection, granting the access to the stored information only to persons working at Nishant Patel who are expressly authorized by us. The register is protected by appropriate industry standard, technical and organizational safety measures. Although We make good faith efforts to store the information collected on the services in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, We cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage on our systems.
